Welcome to Roosevelt!

  • Fall Sports Paperwork Due, dates vary, see: Athletic Registration
  • September 1st: Green and Gold Day
    • This day is designed for returning students (Grades 10-12) to gather, connect and get things needed for the school year
    • We will be distributing laptops, noting necessary schedule issues, assigning lockers, and handing out ORCA cards. You can also pre-order yearbooks and ASB cards.
    • Freshmen will be getting their own orientation on the first day of school with similar activities.
    • Please come at your grade level’s assigned time:
    • 10th graders 9:00am
    • 11th graders 10:45am
    • 12th graders 1:00pm
    • Everyone is welcome at 12:30 pm for our Ice Cream Social, sponsored by our PTSA!

    • September 2nd: First Day of School and 9th Grade Orientation,
    • We will be welcoming our new Rough Riders, class of 2030, on the first day of school with a modified bell schedule. Students in grade 9 will arrive at school at 8:50 and be guided through several stations, including a tour of the building, an introduction to several supportive adults on campus, connection activities, and more! We will also distribute laptops at this time for Freshman only.
    • All students can arrive during lunch, and we will have 30-minute classes to kick us off, and get familiar with schedules, teachers and the building. The rest of the week will be a normal bell schedule

School Breakfast and Lunch

Breakfast and lunch will be served, at no cost, to students who qualify for free or reduced-price meals in grades K-12. See: SPS School Breakfast and Lunch
