Senior Check Out Instructions

Between Friday, June 6th and Monday, June 9th, you need to turn in your laptop, textbooks, library books, and anything else checked out from RHS. Sign Check Out forms will be handed out 1st period on Friday, June 6th. If you are absent get it from your counselor. You need all your teachers to sign off on the form, as well as the librarian, custodian, and fiscal office signifying that all items have been returned and fines have been paid.

On Tuesday, June 10th, you will bring your Senior Check Out Form to your counselor for final check out and clearance to graduate. Any diploma requirements not completed prior to the 10th (HSBP, PE Competency Exam, PE Waivers, Online Coursework, Washington State History Packets, etc.), will keep you from being signed out, and your counselor will send you away to complete the task.

To reduce the wait time, you are assigned to a specific window of time to check out with your counselor based on your last name. If you cannot make it during that time, contact your counselor to arrange a time to check out on Wednesday, June 11th and Thursday June 12th.

You must get signed out to be able to participate in the graduation ceremony!

Teacher Sign Out – On Friday, June 6th seniors will attend all classes, turn in any materials, and have teacher sign off that the student will be passing class or not. If you are absent on the 6th, you will need to make arrangements with teachers to get them to sign you out when they are available.  

Library Sign Out Times – 9am – 3pm on Monday 6/9 and Tuesday 6/10.

Custodian Sign Out Times – 9am-3pm on Monday 6/9 and Tuesday 6/10

Fiscal Office Sign Out Times – Lunch and after school on Thursday 6/5 & Friday 6/6. On Monday 6/9 Fiscal will be available all day outside of lunch and some breaks.

Laptop and Materials Return – 9am – 3PM on Monday 6/9 and Tuesday 6/10 in the library.

Textbooks from previous years – Main Office at any time.

Please go to the School Counseling Page of the RHS website for the instructions to update your Naviance account to allow for alumni access. This will help you request transcripts and access lists and inventory results after graduation. Otherwise, you lose access in July.
