- Did you get a chance to meet Washington State’s HOSA director on Wednesday at the Career Fair? Did this spark your interest in learning more about the organization, your local chapter, and the health and healthcare fields? You’re in luck! Roosevelt’s HOSA chapter meets Fridays at noon in room 333. This Friday we have a special session planned for newbies, including who we are, what we do, the many ways you can be involved, and more! All grade levels are welcome; you do not have to be a current health science student. Come join us Friday at noon in room 333 to learn more. And if you’re already a member, come and get started preparing for competitions and our state leadership conference (competition NOT required).
- Roosevelt’s Winter Jazz Night is just around the corner! Come out and support Vocal Jazz and Bands 2, 3, and 4. Bring money for amazing treats from the bake sale and cheer on these hard-working musicians Tuesday night, Dec 5th at 7:00.
- The search for Roosevelt’s Regina George, Billy Flynn, Janice & Damien, Roxie and Velma, and…Glen Coco finally begins TODAY! It only takes 1 minute to try out for Mean Girls and Chicago and both musicals need a great ensemble as well as their infamous lead characters. All you have to do is sing twinkle twinkle little star and… “even go here.” Details on the pink fliers around the school and at rhstheatre.net. See you Thursday, it’ll be fetch.
