- There is a new tutoring program at Roosevelt high school called The Kennel Study Hall. All students are welcome to drop-in on Monday, Tuesday, and/or Thursday, from 4-6pm for general academic tutoring. We also provide appointments to meet with tutors before school starting at 7:30am, at lunch time, and extended hours for those that have extracurricular activities after school and need tutoring in evenings and/or during the weekends. We look forward to connecting with Roosevelt students to help them develop core competencies in their academic pursuit of excellence.
Getting help with your academics is as easy as 1-2-3.
- Request…a tutor by stopping by Room 103 at lunch time to sign-up for tutoring (or stop in during drop-in hours).
- Assess…your academic needs through meeting with an academic coach so we can provide “right-sized” academic support that aligns with your available time to meet.
- Attest…to the effectiveness of support through predictive analytics tracking and satisfaction surveys to ensure you’re not just getting support…you’re enjoying your learning journey with us.
Congratulations
Congrats to the Girls Flag Football team who beat Nathan Hale this Saturday 22-18!

Calling All Singers! -Staff, Students, Families and Neighbors!
We are thrilled to be forming a volunteer community choir to join the award-winning RHS Orchestra to perform an iconic Beethoven’s Choral Fantasy for Piano, Orchestra and Choir! This choir opportunity is open to anyone with at least some singing experience! We need a LOT of vocalists to pull this off, especially male voice. If any students or adults (staff, family, and/or community members) have a music background, please consider joining us. Whether you perform or will attend as an audience member, plan to be there!
