Registration: AP Exams

November 5, 2021

Students must register and pay for their AP exams by Nov. 5, 2021. Students must be currently enrolled in an AP class at Roosevelt High School to register for the corresponding AP test. Registrations that are not paid by Nov. 5 will be canceled and exams will not be ordered. Payment must be done on SchoolPay via the Parent Source Account.

How to Register and Pay for AP Exams:

1. Sign in to My College Board and enroll in your AP class sections using the unique join code provided by your AP teachers. Students must create a College Board account if they have not already done so.

2. For each exam, confirm your exam registration status before Nov. 5 by selecting YES.

3. Make AP exam payment via SchoolPay on a Parent Source Account before Nov 5. Keep a copy of the receipt for your records. The standard exam fee is $103.

Fee Waivers:

Fee waivers will be provided for students eligible for free or reduced lunch. If you are eligible then you must complete an updated Free and Reduced Lunch Form 21-22 by Oct. 15. For translated forms or an online FRL form, please visit the SPS Start of School Forms page. Students who qualify will also need to notify the coordinator in the fiscal office before Nov. 2 so that the FRL status can be verified.

Students who complete the FRL application by Oct. 15, but do not qualify, may receive a 50% financial scholarship towards AP Exam fees (until the scholarship funds run out). Please contact the coordinator before Nov 2.

4. Students who cancel an exam before March 1 will be charged $40 per exam. NO refunds after March 1.

5. AP Exams will be in person in May. Refer to the College Board AP Exam May 2022 Calendar for specific testing days and times. AP exam locations at Roosevelt High School will be shared in March 2022.
