Senior Check Out Instructions

Senior Check Out forms will be handed out 3rd period on Wednesday, June 10^th. If you are absent that day, get the form from Ms. Collins in the counseling office. You must be cleared by the LIBRARY, FISCAL OFFICE, CUSTODIAN, LAPTOP RETURN, ALL OF YOUR TEACERS, AND THEN FINISH WITH YOUR COUNSELOR. If you arrive at your counselor with missing signatures, you will be sent away.

Teacher Sign Out – On Friday, June 12^th seniors will attend all classes for final exams, TURN IN ALL TEXTBOOKS, and have teacher sign off that the student will be passing class or not. If you are absent on the 12^th, you will need to plan with teachers to get them to sign you out when they are available.  

Library Sign Out – Monday June 15^th during Senior Check Out

Custodian Sign Out Times – 9AM-3PM Wednesday June 10^th-Friday June 12^th. Also Monday June 15^th during Senior Check Out

Fiscal Office Sign Out Times – Lunch and after school on Thursday 6/11 & Friday 6/12. On Monday 6/15 all day during Senior Check Out

Laptop and Materials Return – Monday June 15^th during Senior Check Out in the library. If you know you will not need your laptop during final exams, students can drop off their devices during tech office hours on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays in the tech room 346.

Textbooks from previous years – Main Office at any time.

Assigned time to come in for Senior Check Out, June 15th: You need to check out during your assigned time unless you arrange with your counselor. You must have signatures from library, custodian, fiscal office, tech room for laptops, and all your teachers BEFORE COMING TO THE COUNSELING OFFICE!
