Club Sports
Club sports are a valuable aspect of the Roosevelt Community, however they are not recognized as WIAA (Washington Interscholastic Activities Association) sanctioned sports. Roosevelt High School understands the value of participation in club sports, however is also limited in services it is able to provided (i.e. field space, coverage by the athletic trainer, district funds for coaches). For more information, check with teams below. All athletic paperwork of club sports are turned in directly to the specific sport’s coach.

Players of all skill levels are welcomed. No experience necessary.
Ultimate Frisbee is a high school club sport and provides year-round opportunities to play. You can join the RHS @ Ultimate Google list to get regular updates about the season.
Bx Boys (Fall/Spring)
Fall is the main season for SPS Boys. It typically runs from late August – November and tryouts happen the first couple days of school. See RHS Boys Ultimate for more information and to sign up to receive regular communications.
In Spring, the Boys Varsity and JV players collectively join ‘free-agent’ teams that compete in the DiscNW High School Boys Club League. This is a more casual opportunity to participate in HS ultimate.
Mixed Season (Winter)
We have a Varsity and JV mixed teams that participate in the Winter Mixed (coed) High School League. In Spring, the coed team(s) compete in the Spring Reign tournament, one of the largest youth tournaments in the nation.
Gx Girls (Spring)
Spring is the main season for our GX teams. Please see RHS Girls Ultimate for more information about our girls’ program.
