Mr. Rho coordinates the college readiness program and supports the work of the school counselor by meeting with students and/or parents to assist in career planning that includes: 2-year/4-year college entry process, SAT/ACT, Financial Aid, Military, and Apprenticeships programs.

My role is to provide support for your postsecondary pathways, including college applications, financial aid, and the workforce, through one-on-one guidance. Feel free to also ask me any questions you may have about the University of Washington, including the admissions process, major system, campus resources, and extracurricular activities.

As the Seattle Promise Outreach Specialist for Roosevelt High School, Francisco is available to support students through the Seattle Promise application process and the transition from high school to college. Some of the main supports he can provide are: applying for the Seattle Promise scholarship, applying for Seattle Colleges (North Seattle College, Seattle Central College, and South Seattle College) admissions, completing a financial aid application, and support with college placement.
