Graduation Flyer for 2017
Dear Families of the Class of 2017:
It’s second semester and graduation is fast approaching for our seniors!! There are many school sponsored and PTSA sponsored events planned for our senior students this spring.
Senior Prom at the Columbia Tower, May 6th - $50
Senior Luncheon at Gasworks Park, catered by Ezell's, June 20th - $10
Graduation at Memorial Stadium, Tuesday, June 20th 8 pm, free, no tickets required
Senior SPREE (senior party after graduation) June 20th10pm-6am -$90
Thank you, Class of 2017 families and ASR for your financial support!
Your combined fundraising has subsidized the actual event costs, made advanced planning and reservations of venues possible and provided scholarships, enabling every student to have an opportunity to attend these events.
For details about each of these events, go the Senior Events page on the RHS website under the Student Activities pulldown and review the flyers for dates, times, locations and the Spree waiver.
SPREE Tickets will be sold during lunch on March 23, 24, 29,30,31 and April 5, 6, 7th
Checks payable to RHS PTSA Class of 2017
To register for SPREE, you will need to bring a signed Senior Class Graduation Agreement/Waiver, which you can find, on the Senior Events page. Parental review and signatures are required to secure your student's space.
Please note, tickets may be available after April 7th, but the price will increase to $130.
Be sure to buy your tickets early.
Prom and Luncheon Tickets will be sold during lunch on April 24-28 and May 1-5.
Checks for Prom and Luncheon are payable to: RHS ASR Class of 2017.
Scholarships are available for all events.
Students need to see their counselor to receive the paper work and get their counselor's signature before purchasing tickets.
Thank you to those who have already volunteered to help with these events!
We need a few more volunteers to chaperone SPREE and SPREE events that night. Please contact Monica Mace at email@example.com if you can help or have any questions.
